However, beyond this situation Helix-e strongly believe that in conjunction with the concepts of more remote working and potentially less travel due to environmental issues. Our Virtual Round Tables provide the perfect solution for company’s looking to host an intimate online event.
If it is an event with guest speakers, panel discussions or presentations with a larger audience you require, then we offer Virtual Webinars and Conferences.
Centred around a specific topic, these are for 6 to 10 guests, plus 1 or 2 client hosts. Running for 45 to 90 minutes, they allow for an interactive discussion with a presentation and Q&A session.
The platform provides for content sharing, with options for hand raising or to type hosts a question. We allow additional time after the session ends; in case you are having a more in-depth conversation with any attendees.
The audience will be sourced by CxO Helix to meet your criteria and attendees will agree not to make recordings to maintain confidentiality.

Our tailored conference platform options are for large-scale events up to 500 attendees, that may run for a single or multiple days.
They can be as simple or complex as your needs require, with the ability for multiple consecutive presentations, additional rooms, sponsor and trade stands, in-depth reporting and analytics etc.
For conferences unlike other events, clients are responsible for event promotion and marketing. CxO Helix will create and administer the attendee registration process via our event landing pages.
